Okay, so this is apparently what the alien invaders in The Avengers look like. Though the image is a little fuzzy, EW’s Anthony Breznican says it indicates that the beasties aren’t “the goblin-esque, Spock-eared Skrulls, though it’s possible they are a more savage take on the Kree, despite [Joss] Whedon’s claims that it’s not.” All we know for sure: We have no idea what a “Skrull” or a “Kree” is. Maybe they’re Yeerks?
