The upcoming dramedy 50/50 stars Joseph Gordon-Levitt as a cancer patient and Seth Rogen (who’s also producing) as—what else—his loutish friend. ”Often with films about cancer I think, ‘You made something sad seem sad for two hours. Congratulations!”’ Rogen told EW. ”The real challenge is to make it seem anything but completely miserable.” Here’s our first look at the movie.
