Sales of Clint Eastwood’s film, which was pulled from theaters in Japan due to its devastating tsunami scenes, are estimated to yield about $1 million which will be donated to the Japanese Red Cross Society.
Ack! Gilbert Gottfried’s Aflac duck is no more: After the actor tweeted a series of insensitive jokes following the earthquake and tsunami in Japan, the insurance company announced it was parting ways with the comedian.
This means that Aflac will be conducting a nationwide casting call to find the duck’s new voice. Any actors out there think they might want to take a quack at it? (Sorry, couldn’t resist.)
