The most relevant question about last night’s epic Office finale: When did you start crying?

Oscar led us in a dance to ‘Single Ladies’ He’s very good at it. He is the Beyoncé of the group, and Angela and I are his backup dancers, and we just mimic whatever he’s doing…. We felt like we needed to have one more ‘Single Ladies before it was all over.

Today in ‘Sucks to be NBC’, the new dating show only notched 3.8M viewers and a 1.6 ratings. That’s with ‘The Voice’s often reliable lead-in. Yikes.

It’s official: Fallon’s replacing Leno in 2014.

“Congratulations, Jimmy,” Jay Leno said in a statement. “I hope you’re as lucky as me and hold on to the job until you’re the old guy. If you need me, I’ll be at the garage.” Added Fallon:, “I’m really excited to host a show that starts today instead of tomorrow.” No word yet on who’s taking over Late Night.

Good news for fans who think Nasim Pedrad’s been sidelined on SNL this season: She’s been cast in John Mulaney’s NBC pilot. Lorne Michaels is executive producing; Martin Short and Eliott Gould have also been cast.
